A panel organized on the occasion of the release of Janice Guy, the first monograph devoted to Guy’s radical experiments in photography during the late 1970s. Panelists include Janice Guy (artist and gallerist, Murray Guy gallery); Matthew Buckingham (artist, filmmaker and chair of Visual Arts, Columbia University); Naomi Fry (staff writer, The New Yorker); Justine Kurland (photographer); and Joshua Lubin-Levy (writer, curator and senior teaching fellow at the Whitney Museum, and professor at Bard College). A reception and book signing will follow.
