Please join SVA Theatre for a special 40th anniversary presentation of Martin Scorsese’s classic, Taxi Driver, shown on the big screen on 35mm film.  The film premiered on February 8, 1976.
Synopsis: A mentally unstable Vietnam war veteran works as a night-time taxi driver in New York City where the perceived decadence and sleaze feeds his urge for violent action, attempting to save a preadolescent prostitute in the process.  Starring Robert De Niro and Jodie Foster. Directed by Martin Scorsese. Running time: 113 minutes.  Taxi Driver is rated R, and may not be suitable for children under the age of 17. Children under the age of 10 may not be admitted.

This event is free and open to the public.  Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.  Please click here or on the ticket icon above to RSVP.  An Eventbrite reservation does not guarantee you a seat.  General Admission RSVPs through Eventbrite are appreciated, but not necessary. You do not need to show your Eventbrite reservation for admission.  Doors will open approximately 45 minutes prior to the screening.

Concessions are not available for purchase at SVA Theatre.  Guests are welcome to bring food and drink.  Glass bottles are not permitted.
