A panel organized on the occasion of the release of Janice Guy, the first monograph devoted to Guyâ€™s radical experiments in photography during the late 1970s. Panelists include Janice Guy (artist and gallerist, Murray Guy gallery); Matthew Buckingham (artist, filmmaker and chair of Visual Arts, Columbia University); Naomi Fry (staff writer, The New Yorker); Justine Kurland (photographer); and Joshua Lubin-Levy (writer, curator and senior teaching fellow at the Whitney Museum, and professor at Bard College). A reception and book signing will follow.
