Design for Social Innovation at the School of Visual Arts is the first MFA program for leaders who will use the power of design to solve human and business problems. Through experience-based learning, students from diverse backgrounds are immersed in the context, tools and skills of design for social innovation, fostering transformation at a systems level to create a resilient future for organizations and communities.
The annual MFA DSI Thesis Show presentations will be held on Thursday April 28th, from noon to 5pm at SVA Theatre. Please join us as the Class of 2016 presents their thesis projects on the important issues of our time: health, education, food security, democracy and sustainable fashion, among others.
This event is free and open to the public. RSVP is requested, but not required.
