From June 12-13, filmmakers around the world were challenged to create short films (4 minutes maximum) based on a surprise theme (an unexpected guest), action (watering a plant), and prop assignment (a cookie) as part of the 14th Annual 24 Hour Film Race.
Each year, the 24 Hour Film Race culminates with a Gala Screening and Awards Ceremony for the top films in the competition. It’s always a special night with filmmakers coming in far and wide to take part in the festivities which include a happy hour for the teams, screening, Q&A with the filmmakers, awards ceremony for the films, and after party.
