Breaking the Code is a coding, filmmaking, AND leadership camp all in one!
During the week, girls learn how to code using Javascript. They learn things like writing text, scrolling, timed effects, and much more!
As they are learning about coding, they also learn how to use their leadership skills and their voices to create Public Service Announcements (PSAs). As they work on how best advocate for a variety of different topics, they plan and shoot their own videos. Once their video is complete, they put all their skills together and use Javascript to code effects over their videos!
