The American Federation of Arts is thrilled to welcome Kaywin Feldman, Director of the National Gallery of Art in Washington, DC to join the AFA’s Director and CEO, Pauline Forlenza, for an insightful conversation on navigating leadership transitions in art organizations.

This talk will be inspired by Feldman’s book, Leadership Succession and Transition for Museums and Arts Organizations, which offers practical tools for a successful leadership transition period, from the departure announcement to onboarding and succession planning for new staff. Guests are welcome to join at 5pm for a book signing before the panel.
