We invite you to attend the Masters Thesis showcase presentations of the inaugural graduating class of the new MFA in Products of Design program.
The day will kick off with opening remarks from Allan Chochinov, chair of the program, followed by a Keynote talk from from celebrated author and social theorist Douglas Rushkoff, author of over a dozen bestselling books including Present Shock: When Everything Happens Now.
Following the keynote, the 15 graduating masters students will each present their year-long thesis work, comprised of research, artifacts, services and platforms.
The day will be punctuated by (deliciously) catered breaks, as well as a champagne reception at the close of the day.
We welcome guests in all facets of design and innovation, including designers, entrepreneurs, teachers, advocates, journalists and cultural critics.
About the MFA in Products of Design
The MFA in Products of Design is an immersive, two-year graduate program that creates exceptional practitioners for leadership in the shifting terrain of design. We educate heads, hearts and hands to reinvent systems and catalyze positive change. Graduates emerge with confidence, methods, experience and strong professional networks.
