SVA Theatre events are invited to take full advantage of the print and digital display options in our lobby, on our exterior marquee, and inside our auditoriums. We can also provide stage and lobby furniture upon request. Please keep in mind that we do not allow anything to be taped, adhered, or otherwise attached to walls, ceilings, or fixtures.

CATERING GUIDELINES
Are you serving food or drinks? You’re welcome to do so if use of the lobby is included in your rental agreement — however, we do have some important rules and procedures you must follow. For example: we do NOT allow sternos or cooking on premises, and you must apply for a special permit if you’re serving alcohol. LOBBY POSTER LIGHT BOXES (PRINTS REQUIRED)
Our back-lit poster light boxes line and illuminate the hallway leading from the lobby to both auditoriums. Click here for a downloadable spec sheet to share with your designer and printing vendor, and contact us if there are any questions.

Our digital screens in the lobby and vestibule can display any visuals that can be played from a laptop, e.g. continuous loop videos, slideshow presentations, or static images (such as a logo). Click here to download the design specs for our digital screens.
CloseMARQUEE (DIGITAL)
Our unique exterior digital marquee can proudly announce your event title during your rental period. SVA Theatre will create a simple text-based message for you, or you can design your own announcement using video-editing software such as Adobe AfterEffects. Either way, we will need your marquee text or design at least one week prior to the event. ClosePODIUM DESIGN (PRINTS REQUIRED)
If you are looking for more visual impact inside the auditorium, consider designing signage to fit on our SVA Theatre podiums. Our team will be responsible for attaching and removing the sign, but it has to be the correct size and format. Please click here to download the podium design specs.
